The course prepares graduates to work in HR departments, corporate offices, NGOs, and government institutions. Students will gain practical knowledge and skills in:

• Recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• Employee training and development

• Performance management and appraisals

• Compensation, benefits, and payroll management

• Labour laws, workplace compliance, and ethics

• Employee relations and conflict resolution

• HR strategy and organizational development

• KCSE Certificate (Any grade)

• KCPE Certificate accepted

• Ability to read and write

• Interest in human resource management and people development
