Introduction to Hair Dressing & Beauty
Students learn practical beauty and personal grooming skills including hair styling, hair treatment, beauty therapy, and professional salon practices. The course prepares graduates to work in salons, spas, beauty studios, cosmetic retail outlets, or start their own beauty businesses.
Course Content
Students will gain practical knowledge and skills in:
Hair styling, cutting, and dressing techniques
Hair treatment, coloring, and scalp care
Beauty therapy and basic skincare practices
Salon hygiene, safety, and professional standards
Client consultation and customer service
Use of beauty tools, equipment, and products
Salon management and basic entrepreneurship
KCSE Certificate (Any grade)
KCPE Certificate accepted
